Born in 1994 in Ragusa (Italy), Francesco has nurtured a strong passion for sports since a young age: football, futsal, and martial arts have marked his growth, alongside an interest in foreign languages and computer science.

After completing his high school education in the sciences, he moved to Spain to learn a new language and gain new experiences. Upon returning to Italy, he worked alongside his mother, a Physical Therapist, and decided to dedicate himself to the world of rehabilitation and patient care.

He graduated on time in 2021 with a degree in Physical Therapy from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (Spain). To deepen his knowledge in the sports field, he completed in 2022 the Master's in Sports Physiotherapy at CEU University of Valencia (Spain), attending various courses on pathologies and therapeutic exercise.

In the last two years, driven by a passion for innovation and the desire to apply cutting-edge solutions, he specialized in musculoskeletal ultrasound and invasive physical therapy techniques, attending several courses in Spain and Switzerland and integrating these approaches into daily clinical practice.

During his professional journey, he collaborated with various clinics and football teams in Spain, gaining experience in musculoskeletal pain management, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Among the most significant experiences, in 2021-2022 he worked with the youth sector of Levante U.D., a top-division Spanish football club, and in 2022 he alternated clinical work with assisting the Murcia regional football team in several national futsal championships, earning a silver medal with the team.

From 2024, he fully devoted himself to clinical practice, joining the rehabilitation center of the Murcia Football Federation, where he manages the recovery of registered athletes at all levels, with a particular focus on pre- and post-surgery of the lower limb and anterior cruciate ligament injuries, consolidating his specialization in high-level sports physical therapy.

Driven by a constant desire to improve and step out of his comfort zone, Francesco decided to move to Switzerland with his partner and their dogs. He joined the Sports Rehab team in October 2025.
