Isabella was born in Rome in 1977 and graduated in Sociology with a thesis in Bioethics and a specialisation in Health Management on the Hippocratic Oath.

She moved from Rome to Lugano in 2001, worked in the pharmaceutical field and then devoted herself to voluntary work for many years.

It was in 2016 in Switzerland that she discovered the world of coaching and decided to make it a profession because she realised how important it is for all people to have the chance to live their life to the best. A possibility that is not precluded to anyone, because life is a challenge, but also a gift, and coaching helps to understand how we can honour each day with the aim of achieving as happy a condition as possible.

In 2018, she becomes Associate Certified Coach with ICF, the world's most renowned International Coaching Association that has high quality standards and is based on a strict code of ethics, and in 2021 she becomes Professional Certified Coach.

In 2019 she becomes a POINTS OF YOU® Practitioner in order to be able to use tools based on today's most powerful language, that of photos, which can inspire and stimulate the mind both in her coaching profession and in her workshops.

Also in 2019 she undertakes a new specialisation path at MCI, Medical Coaching Institute in Israel, to become a Professional Medical Coach in 2020 and to support clients facing health issues or a medical crisis to develop emotional, physical and mental resilience.

In the summer of 2020 she co-founded Coaching4You, a Swiss company whose aim is to accompany and create personal development paths through seminars and tailor-made projects for middle and high school students.

In 2022, she became a Caregiver Coach in order to support clients who voluntarily and free of charge take care of a person, usually a family member, partner or friend, who is unable to take care of themselves.

Currently, in addition to following her private clients with Coaching and Medical Coaching courses, she collaborates as a Coach in the CoLibRì project - Support for employees of EOC, Bellinzona Hospital in Ticino, Switzerland.

She has become a partner of the Medical Coaching Institute for Italy and Italian Switzerland to promote Medical Coaching training.
