Stefano was born in Varese (Italy) in 1995.

He has always been passionate about sports. He was the Italian Roller champion in 2005-06-07. Throughout his adolescence, he dedicated himself to playing basketball, but later shifted his focus to motocross, becoming the regional champion in 2018 (MX2 Challenge).

However, due to a shoulder injury, Stefano had to make a change in his athletic pathway. He turned his attention to running and triathlon, ultimately completing the Cervia Ironman in 2022, showcasing determination and resilience.

AIn 2017, Stefano earned his certification as a personal trainer and gained valuable experience by working in various gyms while pursuing his BSc in Sports Science at the University of Insubria (Varese, Italy) which he completed in 2019. During this time, he developed a deep interest in skeletal muscle rehabilitation, prompting him to further his knowledge and skills in this area.

In fact, in 2020 he decided to deepen his knowledge in manual therapy with a diploma in massage therapy.

Immediately after the Sports Science degree, he decided to undertake another BSc, this time in Physiotherapy still at the University of Insubria (Varese, Italy) concurrently with diploma in massage therapy. Stefano graduated as a Physical Therapist with honors in 2022.

Since 2021, Stefano has been serving as Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist for the Basket 7 Laghi team (Italian Serie C league) recurring to his expertise to support and train athletes in their pursuit of excellence.

During his free time, he likes to practice sports such as cycling, running, and weightlifting.

Whenever he can, he flies out to discover and explore the wonder of the world.
